Our typical lead-time is 14-16 weeks, however it’s best to contact us directly for the current lead-time and to discuss your project timeline. Please reach out to us at info@inovabed.com.

Yes. Most customizations are available with our InovaLuxe Series, requiring a quantity of 50 units or more. All customizations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have a custom design you would like reviewed and/or quoted, please send them directly to info@inovabed.com

Yes, but it must be a sample unit for a project and quantity that would meet our minimums. 

At this time, we do not have a motorized version. If we receive a high-volume request for this or any other highly custom feature, we will entertain such requests for their feasibility on a case-by-case basis.

  • WallBeds and Flip-Beds require mounting.
  • Sofa-WallBeds and TableBeds do not require mounting.
Yes, absolutely. Included with every InovaBed order is a product specific assembly manual with step-by-step written instructions and videos. And, as always, our customer support team is available remotely to answer any questions and for phone/video chat.
Yes, absolutely. Our turnkey installation includes receiving the delivery on site, unloading and distributing to the appropriate rooms, and complete assembly of our product. We also offer an InovaBed Installation Training Session. With a training session, an InovaBed Product Expert would be on site at the start of your installation (typically 1-2 days) to train your installers on how to assemble the product.
