Free Shipping

Inovabed offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Order Processing & Shipping Updates

Our customer service team oversees the shipping of your bed and will keep you updated as soon as your order is on its way.

Once your order leaves our facility, it will be transported to your local freight hub.

Freight Delivery Scheduling

Upon arrival at your local freight hub, the freight company's scheduler will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery day and time.

We recommend scheduling delivery when at least two people will be available to assist with moving the bed components into your home.

Curbside Freight Delivery

Wall beds and other large furniture items are delivered via common carrier truck using curbside freight service.

The driver will back the truck up as far as safely possible and unload the pallet to the ground.

Once the pallet is safely on the ground, the driver's delivery responsibility is complete. Bringing the bed components inside your home is the customer's responsibility.

We recommend a two-person lift and carry for the larger components within the main boxes.

Assembly & Installation

Wall beds require assembly and installation, which are not included with standard curbside freight delivery.

Professional installation may be available in select areas for an additional fee. Please contact Inovabed to inquire about availability.

Smaller Items & Accessories

Smaller items ship via UPS and may arrive separately from larger freight shipments.
