Inovabed smartly blends plywood and engineered wood based on performance, using stronger options where needed and optimizing for finish and cost where appropriate. A hallmark of furniture manufactured for the highest quality.
Fabric Options
A variety of pre-selected patterns and colors are available, including 2 in-stock colors in a versatile 100% polyester reminiscent of a plush woolen felt. All high quality, commercial grade, PFOA free and stain resistant, all sourced from Mayer Fabrics.
Free-standing
Once the bed is assembled correctly, it becomes a free-standing unit that does not require any floor or wall mounting. An anti-tip strap is provided and a mandatory step during assembly as an additional safety measure.
Optional Mattress
Consider upgrading your Inovabed with a Polysleep, a 10″ thick memory foam mattress, or the Aura, an enhanced 11" thick mattress. Both perfectly fit our Wall Beds. No box spring or strapping required.

Seat Cushions
Seat cushions are finished on both sides so they can be flipped over. No need to remove seat cushions prior to pulling down the bed. One Easy-Motion!
Headboard
The headboard is designed to pivot forward for easy access to recover items that may have dropped behind the bed.
Shelf
A shelf is located above the headboard for quick access to items at nighttime. Items can be stored on the shelf and can remain there when the bed is closed.
Baseboard Cut-Out
The back side of the murphy bed cabinet includes a 1” deep x 4” high notch to allow for any existing baseboard in your room. The notch allows bed cabinet to be installed flush to the wall.

Packaging & Shipping
The Sofa Wall Bed is packed in 3-4 main boxes and strapped together on a long pallet. Shipping is via a common carrier truck, curbside.
The driver will back the truck up as far as they safely can and unload the pallet to the ground. Two-person lift and carry is recommended for the larger boxes.
We offer free shipping to 48 contiguous United States, this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

Cleaning Instructions
For bed cabinet surfaces:
Use a non-abrasive neutral liquid detergent diluted in water (10-20% solution). For excessive dirt and grease, use a concentrated detergent. Apply the liquid with a soft sponge. Rinse and dry immediately with a soft, clean cloth.
For Fabric:
Use a water-based Cleaner. Spot clean, using the foam only from a water-based cleaning agent, such as a mild detergent. Apply foam with a soft brush in a circular motion. Rinse promptly with clean water.
